MIS Assistant
Rotherham
Full time - 37hrs per week Monday to Friday
Temp until 30th June 2026 - ASAP Start
Pay - Hourly £14 - £18 per hour

The MIS Assistant role is a key part of the Management Information Systems Department. If you wish to be part of a team assisting learners to achieve their potential by providing academic departments and learners with key administrative services and advice, then this could be the perfect role as you’ll develop these skills, whilst working in a College that has been recognised by OFSTED as investing in staff development.

The role is critical and the post-holder will contribute to the effective delivery of a high-quality MIS service which includes all aspects such as Exams, Compliance, Funding, Enrolments and Planning. The post requires working closely with academic and support staff to ensure that an accurate and responsive service is provided.

Through a proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused approach you will help the College achieve our mission to provide skills for the future of our students and community, through outstanding teaching and learning. Your work will ultimately lead to a high quality, robust an informative examinations and assessment service plus positive development of the College reputation.

Main Duties
Ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation on to ProSolution such as:
➢ Exam entries & results
➢ Enrolment documentation
➢ Withdrawals/Transfers & Achievements
➢ Curriculum Planning information
